Instructions
Arrange a rack in the lower third of your oven and place an inverted rimmed baking sheet or pizza stone on it. This setup helps create a crispy crust.
Whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, dried dill, dill pickle juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
Take one ball of pizza dough and flatten it with your hands on a lightly floured surface. Start at the center and press outward, shaping it into a 12 to 14-inch circle. If needed, lift the edges and let gravity help stretch the dough. Repeat for a second ball of dough if making two pizzas.
Sprinkle cornmeal on a pizza peel or baking sheet. Place the dough on the peel and spread about 1/4 cup of sauce, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Add 1/2 cup pickles, 1 cup mozzarella, 1/4 cup Parmesan, and another 1/2 cup pickles. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon dried dill.
Carefully sprinkle cornmeal onto the preheated baking sheet or pizza stone in the oven. Slide the pizza onto the hot surface. Bake for 11 to 13 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
