In a food processor, mix the chickpeas, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth. You’re going for a creamy, dough-like consistency here.
Pro Tip: If the mixture seems too thick to blend, add a tablespoon or two of water to help it along.
